By agreeing with the Photos Terms and Conditions, you agree to all of the points listed below.
- You can upload your photos anytime using the web page provided via email:
- To change, update or edit, reply to the email sent to you, or email matt@travelexpert.reviews
- Once saved, your photo will be made available to our Audience immediately
- Our Audience is either / both of:
- Airline staff using the Travel Expert app and/or the www.travelexpert.reviews website
- Public using the Travel Expert suite of apps and/or the www.travelexpert.wiki website
- The photos will be published both on our apps and in the future on our website (www.travelexpert.wiki)
- There may be a delay between the photo being updated on the server and being updated on the users app – this requires the user to update their device. We encourage users to do this periodically
- Travel Expert City Guides Ltd reserve the right to remove a photo at any time.
- Travel Expert City Guides Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of displaying the photo, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- Travel Expert City Guides Ltd accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. Travel Expert City Guides Ltd assumes no responsibility for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Travel Expert City Guides Ltd may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the discount details.
- These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
